My husband just rolls…and lets me do all the cutting in, taping, and otherwise preparing the room… getting stuff out and later putting it back… and then tells everyone how HE painted the room!

Equal Pay for Equal Work is the concept, payed according to hours worked regardless of ethnicity or gender. But as he manipulated Holly into doing more of the work she should get the lioness’s share.

He did get the job because he was older and available. Half is fair, and take a look at Holly. No complaints, there … haha.

Well, in many cases women should not get the same pay – if it takes a woman only half as much brain power as it takes a man to do a job, isn’t she doing half the work to get the same job done?

(NO, I don’t actually believe this and have never been paid less than someone else – male or female – would be to do a job.)
