Val is wearing a University of Oregon t-shirt, and it is undoubtedly green. That’s one thing that I’ve always liked about this strip: I’m a University of Oregon alumnus and lived in Eugene for several years, so familiar things pop up here now and then. Of course Jan Eliot is from Eugene as well.
