I love this idea! Airlines have definitely gotten out of control. I quit flying 8 years ago unless there is no other way. Renting a car and driving to my destination is less expensive, less aggravating, and generally takes about the same time.
Put those pet carriers in a United Airlines cargo hold and see how many of their inhabitants survive a 2 hour delay.
