Time to find another diner.

Tomorrow’s sign will say “Business closed. Building for rent.”

That’s a very Strange Brew indeed.

No substitutions with a meal of substitutes.

Ever since I first tried carob, which was advertised as being “like chocolate”… I have been leery of any claim that one thing is like another in a gastronomic way. Though some things are, a bit. That era happened to coincide with when my son was tiny. He didn’t like chocolate, much, so I tried him on some carob that I didn’t like much. He liked it a LOT less than he liked chocolate! We ended up feeding the last of the carob powder to the pigs. THEY liked it (but then they liked almost everything)!

Carob brownies are good!

The place has a lot of favorable reviews on Yelp, but they’re all from bots.
