5 minutes later and he’s overloaded the grid. Now there’s no charging for anyone.

Vandalized charging stations are also a problem; many for the copper in the hoses.

I suppose when the new fusion plants are operational, the Aliens would prefer to plug into them. Hey, Aliens — be advised Pirating is a Crime!

So much technology in that scene and they still need a ladder!

Makes sense. A lot of people think Elon Musk is an alien.

They don’t use electricity, they’re MUCH smarter than that!

I think we are turning the corner on electric cars.

Electric cars are useless without charging stations and charging stations are useless without electric cars. The pump has to be primed for there to be more of each.

It was the same way with radio and radio receivers and television stations and television receivers. Cable didn’t have the same issue: people already had the receivers.

Charging stations are where the aliens get their fix. Like “huffing”. They get high as a bejesus and they’re good for a million miles.

And you thought all this carbon stuff was for Humans.

Now even the ETs are going EV.

So I guess this answers the question of why alien life hasn’t ever tried to contact us. Up until now, we didn’t have anything they wanted. Now we’re a truck stop for ETs.
