“TUSK” was definitely ballsy, because they knew that everybody expected and wanted “Rumours II” and the band had no interest in giving them that.
It’s like “The Beatles” (the White Album); to some the oddities and the experiments are the most worthwhile parts, and to others it’s two bad disks that should have been edited down to a single good disk.
