Serena is so interesting in that she can be both inspiring and infuriating simultaneously. If she had stuck to the relevant rules and decisions I might feel differently, but trying to leverage her status as a mother and dragging her child into the argument was not a good look.
I would also put a secondary award to the WTA for the awards ceremony where they said, out loud, that the match didn’t end the way they hoped it would.
