The more expensive alternative is WWE’s (don’t follow too many sports to compare) wall of fan mega zoom meeting TV’s as an audience. It was weird but I grew into it.
Let’s just put cardboard cutouts in all those video squares as well. Who would of thought the whole country would be playing “Hollywood Squares” and nobody can tell who is “center square”.

It would reduce the cost of new stadiums if they lacked fan seating, food concourses, and bathrooms.
