someone did a video of the effect of using antibacterial soap and rosin – it makes your fingers sticky. this excuse of “sweat and rosin” making fingers sticky is kind of a farce excuse and MLB need to enforce the stick fingers with tougher fines, and suspension. for pitchers it should be more like a month since they only work every fourth game.
