You catch ONE TEAM banging on trash cans… and another team using their replay monitor to pass along the signs… and another team with a spotter out behind the center field wall….
I’m not so much concerned about Aaron Judge as I am about the home plate umpires blatantly missing ball/strike counts. Some borderline calls I get, but calling a strike when the pitch is a foot outside the zone?
The pitcher later said in an interview that he was exposing how he was gripping the ball while his glove was lifted up before the pitch to the yankees first base coach who was signaling to Judge. If you’ve got a runner on second he can steal a catcher’s signs…..just no trash cans or off field spies…a fine line.

And suddenly every odd move becomes suspect!
It’s sooooo unfair.

Not too mention under-inflated baseballs…

Game after, Yankees pitcher got tossed for sticky things. Yankees were also caught up in that sign-transmission scandal, too. Not a good look.

Babe Ruth pointed with his bat where the ball would go, was that bad too?

Judge is clearly woke. He’ll be banned from playing in Florida.

It’s tactics, not cheating. Y’all are just annoyed that they are better tacticians than you are.

The Yanks and Judge were clearly within the rules and traditions of baseball. And I’m a Yankee hater. Move along. Nothing to see here.

Stealing signs is not against the rules, unless the teams uses any type of technologies.
