I do business with an online only shop. About a month or so ago I got an email from them saying they were being sued because the web site was not ADA compliant. Site owner said it was specifically designed to comply. Owner did some checking and found the “lawyer” had quite a few suits of this sort active or completed. The kicker, for a “voluntary” contribution of about $4000, he would drop the suit.

Boy, talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. Next thing you know, they’ll sue the dirt for staining their uniforms.

Makes as much sense as a Trump lawsuit.

Presumably, it would be up to the owners of the stadium to sue for damaging their property. If it were the player’s home stadium, they could dock his pay to replace the fan.

I thought it was a general rule that fans got what was justly coming to them.
