silly me, i thought the olympics were about the sports, and their related back stories, not about the celebrities who added nothing to the spectacle of sports, what a turnoff!! which is what i did.

It was about exploiting athletes. It was also about cheating since the Eastern Bloc countries would put their athletes into the armed forces and pay them that way.
