Let me guess, Tarzan is going to hide a bunch of warriors inside the barrels and float them into the pirate stronghold. After all it worked in that story about a Hobbit didn’t it?
He asked for 2 but some others may have wanted to help so Tarzan says OK we can get done faster. Maybe Tarzan is helping in other ways we can’t see. Besides someone has to be boss!!

Native union rules always require three natives for a reed cutting party. Tarzan should have known that when he asked for two natives.
