You wanna know what’s happening here? Well, saber-kittie’s mad, because someone made a “Uh-Oh” in her litterbox by seeing her arrival, and the bull got in rage by the red color in the man’s face cause he blushed after the “Uh-Oh” (just a guess, of course)

You would have thought the cat would have gone after the bull, that being the larger threat. And vice versa.

It never Sunday in this infernal underground world. But this some great artwork here, I gotta say.

The spectating lizards on the side of panel three seem to be enjoying the show.

Maybe the bull will attack the tiger? Did the artist confuse Innes’ clothing in the middle scene?

Innes doesn’t realize they still roam the Earth. Well…at least inner Earth.

Only thousands of years, megafauna like Sabre cats became extinct during the last ice age.

The least they could have done was to bellow and roar politely.

Not really fair, the bull got to roar savagely twice.

Sorry, but a “willing suspension of disbelief” will take me only so far. This is too much to believe….

I read that saber tooth tigers evolved several times, not all from the same ancestors, the design just seems appealing.
