No one disputes that the Pentagon did a great job torturing the Iraqi people. (Man 1: Anal rape, electrodes, beat-downs- the Americans really know torture!) Critics, however, point out that Rumsfield's generals failed to plan for the post-torture period. (Man 2: Should we have murdered the victims or kept them in prison? No one knew!) (Woman: Someone should've controlled the photographs!) They're coping as well as they can, but patchwork damage control just isn't enough. (Man 1: But we need those hypodermic needles now, not in 2 weeks!!) Next time, we must do better! (Bush: Let's go over this again: do the mass graves get dug in advance or do we make the inmates dig them?)
