Man: He's dead. Woman: Right. He's "dead." Now what do you do next? Man: we wanted to see whether we're prepared for a fatal clash between 2 disaster preparedness drills. Man: Kill Avian-flu pelicans? Not in Boise. Not on my watch. Voice: Fire preparedness week is in July. If you pretend there's a terrorist in your house, we can have some Air Force jets drop pretend bombs on it. An emergency preparedness drill ended in tragedy when it mistakenly came under fire from participants in another disaster drill. According to officials, however, this "tragedy" was itself part of a drill. At any given time, every first responder in America is participating in a drill. Citizens with real emergencies are asked to cooperate.
