We've got to force married people to have kids - or marriage has no meaning! Man: Adoption doesn't count. Even gays can do that! Man: She's ovulating, damn it - do your wife now!! Man: Your son is dead, which means you're divorced. A chance exchange on a TV shoutfest makes an impact. The government acts. Special powers are deployed. It's tough to do the right thing.
