Road map to victory. In 2003, there were 30 million people in Iraq. Since then, 1 million have been killed. 2 million more have fled into exile. Of course we'll leave Iraq - after we've stabilized it. Iraq has lost 10% of its population in 5 years. At this rate, the country will be empty within 50 years. With the country 100% stabilized, it is America's pleasure to withdraw. Thanks.
