Scientist: We are all going to die from global warming. But before then, we'll have an awesome week! Man: "Termination"? Sweet! 52 weeks of vacation!! The joys of diminished expectations. Markets are so desperate for good news that they're going up on bad news that's not as bad as expected. Downscaled optimism is spreading to the medical community. Scientists are joining this joyous new trend. Pessimism lite: It's the new optimism!
