There's a secret agency. It's so secret we don't admit it exists. It has secret spy programs. (Says "already read" but I never saw it. Weird) It submits its schemes to a secret court. The secret court listens to the prosecuter. The defendant isn't invited. Surprise! The secret court always says yes to the secret agency. Even the secret court's rulings are secret. The secret agency tells a few special congressmen what it does. Well, some of what it does. The special congressman have to keep what they find out the secret. So don't worry!
