November 18, 2009: Obama admits GITMO won't close soon. Bummer. April 30, 2013: Obama says he still wants to close GITMO. At some point. March 18, 2015: Obama says he should have closed GITMO on January 20, 2009. It's the countless thoughts that count. Or not.
