Narrator: Bernie Sanders saw this article in the Washington post. It pissed him off. Hillary Clinton: He hadn't done his homework. It raises questions. Bernie Sanders: If you want to question my qualifications, then maybe the American people might wonder about your qualifications, Madam secretary. Narrator: The media, most of which supported Hillary Clinton, immediately baked up a narrative: Sanders attacks Clinton with sexist dog whistle. Man: But she's visited 3000 countries!! How can anyone say she's unqualified? Narrator: She started it. If he points that out, however, he looks like a whiner. Rule #1 of politics: media narratives are all true. Bernie Sanders: Of course she's qualified. I was just saying...never mind.
