Lily, you nag the other cats as much as two moms.

That’s our Lily, issues a compliment….right off her left hand.

Well, Lily’s card isn’t as sweet as Woof’s card was, but if Annie just saves the front of the card and doesn’t look inside, it’s very sweet.

Today is:

NATIONAL DOG MOM’S DAY. I had to check to make sure there is also a dog dads day. If not, I was going to declare this should be dog parent day instead. But yes, Dog Dad’s Day is the day before Father’s Day, so it is acceptable leaving out dads on this day. Dad’s day is coming.

I loved yesterday’s limericks! I had heard them before, but I still love them.

It’s a gallant effort, Lily. The inner verse leaves a bit to be desired, though.

One of PK’s many names was “Mini Mom” she had two litters before spaying. But the Nickname actually came from her “Tortitude” She was bossy and opinionated, and looked out for everyone, so the name was a perfect fit,

My Oliver bit me today! What a grouch. All I tried to do was relocate his furry self so I could make the/our bed. We’ve made up, with kisses galore. I should report this to the Pheromone collar manufacturers, as he is wearing collar # 2. S I G H

A rare moment of sentiment from Lily. (Sort of.) On another note, saw three robins, two Stellar’s jays. a wren, and two dragonflies while out walking today.

I think Lily has written a card that is perfect for her!
