How can they possibly know what colors cats see?

Today is:

GORGEOUS GRANDMA DAYNATIONAL PARENTS’ DAYNATIONAL VANILLA ICE CREAM DAY. I will have a dish of vanilla ice cream today to celebrate!

Forget to use the litter box and I’ll see RED.

I always be sure to change the litter box for my overlord.

It’s part of my morning routine, so I can’t really forget. It’s right after I put out the food & one NEVER forgets THAT!!!

FREE MORE CATS THAN SENSE AND ELDO!!!!!

Just bought a new litter box with sides…and the litter STILL gets all over…go figure….

I try to keep up with the litter, but it’s hard with a cracked rib and muscle sprain.

Good chuckle this morning. I See Red… browsing YouTube I came across Kristen Cruz belting out this song on AGT. Gave me chills! EXCITING DAY YESTERDAY…I finally saw a MOUNTAIN LION, and it was just across the street from my house in an empty weedy lot! I was first puzzled as to whose big brown dog I was seeing until it turned and I saw the huge floor length tail then the face. It took me a minute to put on shoes and locate my phone before running over there, but I couldn’t find it again. My impression was that it was a young one, perhaps looking for its own territory. Another neighbor saw one a few times this winter and it looked to her like a large pregnant female. I am the last house in town, and beyond are overgrown pastures, a thick tree planting, and fields of alfalfa. Workers in the fields see them occasionally in winter when the deer are more plentiful, but we do have some deer year round. With this year’s rain the growth is so thick it would be easy to pass one a few feet away and not see it. I wonder how many times it has seen me and Fred?

Yikes, better clean that litterbox! If a cats seeing red, there’s a chance someone could end up black and blue! (Especially if that cat is Lily.) On another note, saw eight robins and four damselflies while out walking today.
