Chesley is not amused.

Mousies! Mousies! Come out and play!

Chesney may be a brat, but NOBODY disses baby Oliver.

Whoo boy, they just issued a flood watch for Vegas, the Hurricane is coming! They are calling for several days of heavy rainfall. Our “soil” does not absorb moisture very well. Vegas has several huge flood basins around town. Before they were constructed large parts of town flooded. Vegas sits atop an ancient lake bed.. We have a huge aquafir under us, lake Mead will gain some much needed water too.

This is going to be interesting. It doesn’t take much for the lake ( on the golf course) behind me to overflow. I’m okay being 5 feet above the Fairway. The geese will have a field day with all the floating bugs.

Queen is from Oceanside and has several friends there. Fingers crossed they’ll be okay.

Look out for Chesney’s wrath, mousies. He’s out for blood and it’s gonna be yours.
