In S. Europe where I live, roast suckling pig can be found in the freezers of large supermarkets for Christmas. I love to cook, but I have never cooked a piglet. I think it’s the eyelashes. They lie there looking like they’re asleep. I’d as soon cook a human baby.Yes, I know. There’s a disconnect between Lil Wilbur and the chicken in my fridge.But so it is.
