Were wont in the stairwell to lurk/

There they stand in the murk/

Whilst avoiding hard work:/

They’re driving their mothers berserk…

“Me, so I was up ONE step, then YOU went up TWO more just to be taller.”

Off the subject, but does anyone know what happened to Auntie Acid?

Actually, the painting is unfinished. The artist intended to put blurred versions of the same image on either side, but he was distracted by a shiny object.

Waiting for the flood water to recede.

To his shocked amazement, after his shower Pieter found his clothes taken away. He took a peek out the bathhouse door. Yes, they were lurking there, members of the fraternity hazing committee, waiting for him to come out.

As a pledge he had to do some weird stunts, but if he were caught now this could get him expelled from University. “The Dutch Masters” — hah! They way they baited people … they should add that word to their fraternity name!

You know what they say when the painting is tall and narrow and the columns are tall and narrow.

Fun fact: Dutch houses are as narrow as they are because they were taxed on the basis of frontage.

You don’t want to know whats happening on either side of them.

I told you the Winchester House had stairways going no where. Did you believe me? Nooooo – you had to see if for yourself.

I know we can call it Three’s a Crowd!

And Curly shouted to Larry and Moe, “Look, my head and hat can fit between these two pillars!” and much hilarity ensued.

The painting was supposed to be of the column, but the Three Musketeers just had to photobomb it.

I don’t know … I lost count.

Somebody should invent a device to count the steps for us.
