oldest son apparently hated brussels sprouts when he was a toddler.. really putting on a show about eating them. One night, we’d run out and he came out “Where’s my Brussels sprouts!!!!”… wailing it at the top of his voice… sprung big time…lol
I had a toddler who learned to climb out of his crib, and quietly get in my bed. Since I let him wean himself, I would awake to find him having himself “the milk-line”. Usually I didn’t know at the time, but be surprised to see him in the morning, latched on.

But what if they had been having a nightmare? “Uh! I’m dreaming a 10lb vegetable monster is falling on me from the sky! [PLUMMP] OH NO! THERE HE IS!”

Brussels Sprouts, lightly sauteed in butter with fresh cracked pepper and a little sea salt . . . Totally yumalicious . . .
