First thing that came to mind reading this was the “Grapenuts” cereal commercials in the 1970’s starring Euell Gibbons..Those made me laugh because someone parodied that commercial by having a actor pour out the cereal and eat the box for fiber..Excuse me now I’m going to Google Euell Gibbons to remind me who the hell he was and why the book title “Stalking The Wild Asparagus” popped into my mind.
