Wilberforce: Santa must have got my size wrong - this is way too big on me! Gladys: Oh, dear, he certainly did get the wrong size! Brutus: Don't worry, son - we can return it. Wilberforce: Return it to Santa? Wilberforce: What - do we leave it under the tree and he comes back down the chimney to get it?

Before he comes back down the chimney we have to log on to www.santa.org and get an RMA.
