Transcript:
The Born Loser by Art & Chip Sansom Brutus: It's no wonder there aren't more good candidates running for office. Brutus: Things are so complicated. It's got to be a tough time to be a politician! Brutus: Every little thing they say or do is immediately picked apart and scrutinized... Brutus: Then they are mercilessly attacked for the slightest faux pas! Brutus: I certainly wouldn't want that kind of life, would you? Gladys: No! Instead of running for office... Gladys: I would be running from office!

Politicians were supposed to do their part and then run from office. Instead, now we have career politicians who cannot be dragged out of office because they’ve created virtually indestructible re-election models. If only term limits could be added to the Constitution, a large part of the problem could be corrected.

The best and the brightest refuse to have anything to do with running for office, because of the problems you get when the MSM investigates you.Which is why we had the 17 GOTP idiots running and why we now have the 2 worst candidates ever

Hmm… “every little thing they do is picked apart, and scrutinized…”. Are they talking about politicians, or husbands?
