Its odd that Brutus don’t get mad and dump Mother Gargle out of that chair !

If you don’t listen and answer yourself you are wasting your time talking to yourself.

Brutus, you ARE stupid-for letting that bat into your house.

That’s kind of why I stopped talking to myself ~ I got too many stupid answers.

Sometimes, when you’re the brightest bulb in the room, you would be stupid not to talk to yourself. Sometimes, when you are the sharpest tool in the drawer, your response is at least less stupid than if you were talking to the other dolt in the room.

(When teaching my kids how to drive, I emphasized that they weren’t the only idiots on the road. They knew I wasn’t knocking their intelligence, just that all of us are capable of making a wrong decision while driving.)

I think that it’s OK to talk to yourself.

It’s even OK to answer yourself.

But when you turn around and say “what?”, is when you’re in trouble.

I talk to myself allot, but I don’t listen to my answers, I’m the biggest liar I know.

Kind of rude to call someone stupid who is letting you stay in their house as a guest. I think I’d tell her it was my house and if I want to talk to myself, I will. If you don’t like it, you can leave and take your opinion of me with you.
