At 70, my most shocking change has been the poverty of decency in our political system. Now, as if Dump hasn’t done enough, the blue states are being threatened with lose of funding should they use mail in ballots during the November election. As for my appearance, it came on so slowly as to be almost unnoticeable. Actually, I and Uncle Ted are quite good looking.
One.. of the biggest changes is that.. with cataract surgery.. you can see yourself in the mirror. Another.. is the lack of respect for (and to) others. Anything goes.. if it gives me an advantage.. be it lies.. cheating.. If, civilization is measured by how we treat others.. we have taken quite a few steps back.
I was going to file a stalking order against some old guy, that kept looking at me, in the rest room, until I took a really close look into the mirror, and saw it was me. Then, I was sad.
