Well at least consistently can be listed as one Brutus’s good traits.

Supposedly, he cares enough to teach him. However, he’s not a really good teacher or motivator as he basically just uses fear as his only motivation tool. Boss needs to go back to school to learn how to do his job……

Maybe Brutus needs to wear a badge saying “Born Loser” so boss man can figure out what the situation is. If nothing else, Brutus seems to be very helpful to a certain man who has pent-up anger and drops it on him and doesn’t complain much about it. Maybe the badge should have a second line:" Dump your bad moods safely right here."

There’s a difference between teach and threat.

If you want him to dig it, give him a spade, not a pick.
