Because I hunt and fish in some remote areas, I keep a power bank in my backpack to recharge or power my GPS or phone if I must. Thus far I haven’t needed it and hope I never do.

Why cant they make 1 charger? I can buy 12 different Televisions, or lamps and they all come with the same dang plug!

guess the smart phone isn’t smart enough to charge on it’s own. ;)

I’m pretty sure there is a law in the making to standardize all power cords.

No Brutus, Gladys is just going to use your phone until she get a new charger cord.

One more thing to do with your phone, order a new charger before your phone dies.

And you are about to find out the cost of a new cable….

Suppliers and venders are not always happy to provide or sell replacements because they are “in the business of selling complete sets. The reason we manufacture more.” Possibly more means complete sets. Good luck Gladys and Brutus.

Of course the lesson here is don’t keep your charger where your pet can reach it.

when they pick up a new cable at the big box appliance store they can charge it…

Seems like a lot of the people making comments here got a charge out of this one (sorry, couldn’t resist).

If I need to replace a cable, or a phone case, or a glass screen protector, I head over to 5 Below, or some other inexpensive store. You don’t have to pay a lot of money for these things.
