One Halloween when I was a kid, I went Trick-or-Treating and lost all my candy due to a hole in my bag. My aunt bought me a whole bag to replace it.
Well this seemingly innocent strip has sure awakened some zombies!
Yes, Wilbur, back in the pre-Casper days, ghosts were scary. Though, now, you have Alien creatures like the Gorn which are much more frightening.
Do you think people are afraid of your costume Hattie? It’s not the costume they are afraid of.
Halloween is definitely one of the days I wish I lived where it’s warmer. Costumes and snowsuits don’t always go together very well.

Unless you take after Charlie Brown and have so many holes in the sheet that it looks like a piece of Swiss cheese.
In some ways, it was a simpler time; in other’s not so much.
