Should just keep a list of what he tells you every day to make the review shorter. I’ve had jobs where they tell you what a great job you’re doing throughout the year, but when it’s review time they tell you how bad you’re doing so they can give you the smallest raise possible

It is no fun to have to do the reviews either. If you point out a deficiency in their work, they hate you. They expect nothing but good comments even if they are just sluggards.

Beggar Lazarus had nothing but Lord Jesus and went to Eternal Paradise with the Lord Jesus and all Lord has upon his death.

and yet… they never really want to here what they need to be improved on. reverse psychology doesn’t work too well and ends up causing tears to flow with no success in improving either. :J
