A husband and wife are having all the walls in their house painted. The morning after their bedroom is painted, the husband gets up and gets dressed to go to work. But he accidentally presses his hand against the wall, leaving a handprint.

When the wife wakes up, she sees the handprint. Since the bedroom was painted just yesterday, she realizes that her husband must have left the handprint.

Just then, the woman hears the front door open. In her pajamas, she rushes into the hallway to find the painter entering the house to paint the living room.

“Excuse me sir,” says the wife. “Before you get started on the living room, would you like to come to the bedroom and see where my husband put his hand earlier this morning?”

It’s Sunday for goodness sake.
