I did not get it until noticing the “game piece” shap of the policemen. Then I saw the board and some of the other telltale things. It has been too long since I played that children’s game. I think the car shaped pieces are borrowed from Monopoly (and “chance” cards, too, but none are shown). I do think dice (at least one die) is used, but I really don’t remember well.
Great comic detail with the perp in the police car, deceased victim covered and another getting medical attention. But he should be vewy sorry (as Uncle Milty used to say).
