Melville: It's the story of a white whale...
Big man: Let me stop you right there. We already own exclusive rights to the Orson Welles biography.
If Melville Had Lived in the 20th Century
Let’s see, a small-time cartoonist with limited skills ridicules the late Orson Welles, a breathtakingly successful and brilliant American actor, director, writer, and producer by mocking him in the lowest possible manner, name calling, for the purpose I suppose of getting a cheap laughs. Who is going to be your next target Hilburn, the handicapped, elderly, orphans maybe, or are you going to stick with the deceased? After all they can’t defend themselves. I suppose that I will never know because I’ll never look at another “The Argyle Sweater.”
