I can't date. I can't date. Women my age have too many issues! Don't you have a lot of issues yourself? Pffsh! At my age, women should feel lucky I'm here at all!
My Dad lived in a retirement community for the last few years of his life after my mother passed away, it was all individual apartments with the names of the residents on the wall by their doors. When I would walk down the halls with my father, I would notice that there were lots of apartments with just a single female resident, a few with a married couple and practically none with a single male resident. My Dad, who although he was in his 80s was still in pretty good shape was really in demand those last years. He had more girl friends during that period than I did!
Le Sigh … I’ve just started down the Hill of 30 … (I’ll be 32 in Sept.) It’s not all that bad… it plateaus at around 40, before the short, steep climb up to 60. I envy Frank, being as old as he is now.
Years ago I remember seeing a piece on TV where they interviewed some old ladies (80+) in an old-age warehouse talking about getting some. One old lady in particular said she was still very interested in getting some; there just weren’t any old men left who could get it on. That’s kind of a scary thought.

Reminds me of the old George Burns line. “Why don’t I date women my own age? There are no women my age!”

I LOVE Larry’s face in the last panel.
It reads ‘That proves my point!’
