Today is going to be chaos. You should schedule more carefully. Doesn't matter how carefully I schedule everything I do has to be rescheduled to accommodate other people's schedules. And reality. It's easier to just write down everything afterward. It all looks so voluntary that way.
We were told to schedule 5 accounts a day, because sometimes other accounts drop in. .So – your 5 scheduled accounts, plus the 17 that dropped in, plus 4-11 emails that arrived that require an answer today, and the 5-9 phone calls from clients not on today’s list. Of course this is just the accounts and clients that require 30-60 minutes each. It doesn’t include the usual round of emails that you need to read, but don’t need to answer. And the other calls you must make on the accounts showing for the day and then there’s the mail. The snail mail that must be handled. .Did I miss anything?
