That way, they live out their days without reproducing. Woman: Hmm...Trap, Neuter, Return...had I tried that with my last husband, he might still be alive today.
I have a feral colony I care for. TNR & the females have their left ear clipped to ID that they have been spayed. Unfortunately, more keep showing up thanks to thoughtless people dumping them in the neighborhood. But, the females get fixed and the males wander away then.
