When I had my cats neutered this past month they clipped off the top of their left ear. TNR is an excellent way to control the feral population, unfortunately those are the only cats I will adopt. Feral that is.

I have a feral colony I care for. TNR & the females have their left ear clipped to ID that they have been spayed. Unfortunately, more keep showing up thanks to thoughtless people dumping them in the neighborhood. But, the females get fixed and the males wander away then.
