Transcript:
Dusty: Well howdy, young lady. You new to Elderpark? Girl: I don't live her. I'm visiting my great-grandma. Are you the sheriff? Dusty: Nope. I'm jest part of the scenery here...just whittlin' away. Miss Overdunne: Mr. Winters! You know the rules. The knife, please. Girl: Who was that? Dusty: That was the sheriff.
Yes. Neither my husband or I would last long in one of those places.
Best to die at home, but harder to arrange every day. Death is the new sex; not to be spoken of, not to be acknowledged, not to be directly dealt with in any way by the individuals a death directly affects. Only those certified professionals licensed to fleece us on the death of a loved one can be permitted to deal with death, and certified professionals are the only ones who can deal with the dying.
Spare me the attention and concern of the professionals.
