We were hiking on the south rim of the Grand Canyon one thanksgiving and ran into a small flock of wild turkeys. I was glad for them. It seems there is no tradition that we can’t overdo in the USA.
(A group of wild turkeys is called a flock. A group of domesticated turkeys is called a rafter or a gang.)
Kind of misleading, the way the boss included the word “over.”
I’d like to think that Kenny would learn a lesson and emerge from the experience all the more stronger for it; more likely, the value of the lesson will be as short-lived as Kenny, and he’ll only emerge all the more delicious.

A good accountant is worth far more than a simple Thanksgiving roast. On the other hand there are incredible incompetent bosses out there.

Boss is too shortsighted in missing the opportunity to show off his mathematically-skilled turkey.

Though American, I read that name as “weet-meat” and had to stare for a while before I got it. Sigh.
Yeah, they teach us “when two vowels go a-walking,” but you know? It ain’t so!
