Sorry, the fault lies with Starbuck’s management and their lack of consistency across the board. To let one group of patrons use the facilities without purchases and to call the cops on another group for the same thing is blatantly racist. The poor cops are stuck in middle by the idiot manager calling for them to remove the group.
