As I pointed out yesterday, the most recent term I can find numbers for notes that Scalia and Thomas agreed 91% of the time, which is about the norm for ideologically aligned justices (e.g, Roberts and Alito agreed 93% of the time, Kagan and Sotomayor 94% of the time, Kagan and Ginsburg 93% of the time, etc.).
But, hey, keep telling yourself that the fact that the sole African-American justice is the one routinely singled out for ridicule for agreeing with his colleagues has nothing to do with racism.
