While I have had my problems, living as I do in a foreign country, with FedEx screwing up deliveries, DHL is 50 times worse and far more expensive ! Surprisingly, I have had the least problems receiving docs. and small packages from the States with USPS . They were cheaper, faster, and surprisingly, more reliable.
