I learned to like classical music from classic Bugs Bunny cartoons.

Back in the late 40s and early 50s there was a morning program from Chicago, “The 400 Hour” sponsored by the Northwestern RR. Norman Ross ran it. Heard things like “The Battered Bride” and “Schwanda, the Doodlesack Piper”. Nice classical music before work. He could also get serious as needed.

Do the theme songs to Star Wars and Indiana Jones count as classical music? ☺
